Hello!
E. Ann Myrick
Ann Myrick has been active in ministry most of her life. As a small child, she began singing in choirs, in Mississippi at Macedonia Baptist Church before she was 5, and continuing after relocating to Sacramento at Alpha and Omega Spiritual Church. Because of her early ability to read and explain to others what she had read, she began teaching Sunday School to her peers at the age of 9.
When Wayside Spiritual Temple was formed, under the leadership of her mother (the founding pastor), Pastor Olla B. Haynes, she was the first choir director. She continued in this until she left for six years of service in the US Army. She resumed her position as choir director upon her return. Even during her years of military service, Ann participated in church choirs in Izmir, Turkey and at Fort Lewis, Washington.
In 1993 she married Alan Myrick and became the “Bonus Mom” to his beautiful daughter. He was ordained into ministry at Wayside in 1995. The couple was led by God to open Natomas Christian Center in 1999.
As first lady, Ann mentors the women and children of Natomas Christian Center encouraging them to stretch beyond their comfort zones. During a period of transition in ministry, and the need to share the Word of God within her, she began hosting monthly “Choose 2 B” prayer breakfasts for a full year. God allowed her to minister to many people that she had formed relationships with through the years, as well as many she had never met before.
Ann is also the owner and operator of A & A Publishing. A multi-faceted graphic design/ copy/ printing service that allows her to use her many years of secretarial and ministry experience to benefit her client base.
In March 2013 Missionary Myrick was ordained to Pastor and together with her husband, Apostle Alan Myrick, they are preaching unto salvation & teaching to equip for life.
